Historical Tennis Results and Betting Odds Data Tennis-Data continues to provide the tennis punter with computer-ready tennis results and betting odds data for use with spreadsheet applications, to help with the development and analysis of tennis betting systems. What's more since July 2007 this data is now FREE. In doing so Tennis-Data takes the time out of recompiling pages and pages of results data and past betting odds found on a number of tennis results and odds comparison websites. Results for the men's ATP tour date back to January 2000, including Grand Slams, Masters Series, Masters Cup and International Series competitions. Historical head-to-head betting odds go back to 2001. And from 2007 results and historical betting odds for the women's WTA tour as well! All data files can be accessed via the tournament links in the right hand menu. Check out an example datasheet and a set of Notes that describe the available data. Links to all tournaments, with descriptions of exactly what data can be found in each data file, are located in the right hand menu. All files are available in CSV/Excel format for PC Windows operating systems, and are updated weekly at the end of each tournament (2 weeks after Grand Slams). CSV format is the industry standard comma delimited file format allowing compatibility with many computer spreadsheet applications. Commas are used to separate columns of data. They will only be seen if a CSV file is opened in a text editor. Tennis-Data's preferred spreadsheet application is Microsoft Excel, offering a full range of analytical functions to test betting systems developed from match and odds data. Tennis-Data would like to acknowledge the following sources which are currently utilised in the compilation of Tennis-Data's results and odds files. If you have any questions about either the data or how it can be used for your own betting system, just contact Tennis-Data Tennis-Data maintains full copyright over the data files in their spreadsheet format. |
